My tyre dealer is suggesting I try Hankook Ventus ST RH06 which are a little more expensive than the General UHP but he suggests better suited to the X5.
I have decided to take his advice and give them a try so am hoping for a softer, peaceful ride for the next 2-3 years.

Will post some feedback on these non-runflats in a few months.
