I agree that is a lot of mileage for "testing", and the precipitous drop may be
cause for concern. I would run a full tank, under your usual driving conditions,
and see what the arithmetic gives you. If it's still down, by comparison, I would
drag it back to dlr and note your concerns about the initial dlr return.

New fuel pump? You just got it home to NE from SC...
