Some how I think we are missing a key element of this transaction. Based on what has been posted it would appear that somehow the vehicle was ordered (?) without an agreed upon price and deal.

I'll ask the question; did you have a SIGNED deal where the purchase price was agreed upon in advance?. I think it will help us understand what occurred here and if so help others who may be subject to such abuse.
