I live in northern Virginia, and about 8 years ago, just after I bought a Mercedes slk, was driving East on Rt. 66 at about 85 and was nabbed by a state cop. i told him that I had just bought the car (which I had earlier in the day), and he told me he collected Corvettes...and he asked to see the engine of the slk and interior. Really liked the car, and just mentioned that I "should probably watch my speed in the future". Haven't been pulled over since then, but now with my new 2010 X6 5.0, I had damn well better watch my speed. This thing flies.
