I did check everything on the bench, outside of the car, and it was the same problem, blank screen. So you think it might be the mk4 or the screen?
I don't need to have the car reprogrammed for the navi retrofit in order for the screen to work? correct? With the radio, that might be the problem, but I can find out until I get my screen to work.
