hi roy ... geez, thx for replying ... i'm at a point of frustration. i took off the cover but didn't remove the screw holding the eject motor down. i was worried i might mess something else up. so i "moved the small metal tab (towards the outside of the nav unit) along its semi-circular track ... and the edge of the CD came out and then i pulled it out manually with my fingers. when i plugged it back in, the red power light comes on. i put a disk in, but nothing pulls it in. even when the disk was in, it didn't show up on the navigation system. what do you think?
