Living in the city, i found plastic mats for the passenger compartment to be unnecessary. Cargo mat is useful to me when I go skiing or camping. I used Weathertech cargo liner on my acura RDX and it was perfect. Fit, finish, lip, everything was just right. I am thinking of getting the same on my X5 once I pick it up. I want to check out the nets of the premium package and see what is the compromise. I also consider ordering it but only using when I go offroad, to retain the use of the rails for keeping grocery/strollers, etc
