I spoke to DICE support about this and was told that my issue is present in ALL of the past and present SILVERLINE/SILVERLINE PRO models, but that they are working to fix it with a future upgrade/enhancement that is still several months out. Will you keep us posted on this board as new products or enhancements are announced by DICE?
