Ok here it is, I have picked up the car from the dealer for this and few other things. Apparently I don't have idle control valve but I do have valvetronic and it was adjusted by the dealer, but it didn't do much.

Dealer also mentioned that it could be fuel injector, so I am driving with the fuel system cleaner for now. Will see what happens.
Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
