It would be very expensive, e.g., the HUD has a special windshield, so you'd also have to replace the windshield. The dash top would also have to be cut or replaced to provide for the projection set-up.

It may be possible, but probably is not practical.

It would probably be just as chap to trade-in the 2009 on a 2010, which would be rather expensive.

If you want it that bad, it might be wise to wait until march or thereabouts and trade the 2009 in on a 2011 with the new refreshed styling and a HUD. It might cost a fair amount more, bur you would get something besides the HUD for your money.
