You mean a TV Tuner for your computer?

If so, the best ones are made by Hauppage. ATI also makes good ones - they are a leading video card maker by nature.

Then there are Viewsonic, Leadtek and Asus which make good quality, cost-efficient models.

I personally have a Leadtek TV Tuner in my PC and it's been doing a good job for the past 4 years!

If you meant you want to add TV capabilities to your navigation-equipped X3 or X5, then I've heard of these guys a lot:
