For topping off, I can't recommend anything but the OEM coolant from BMW dealer, my dealer charge around $22-24 for a gallon.
For complete flushing you can switch to Zerex G05 if you really hates your dealer
, but it price about $20/gallon anyway.
Sometimes if you bought the car new from that dealer they'll just top it off for free, even after waranty is over. Never hurt to call your SA.
