Seems unlikely both speakers blew out.
I'm having the same problem. I got the BSW stage 1 upgrade kit a year ago and everything was working fine. I noticed earlier this week that all three speakers on the front passenger door (tweeter, midrange, and bass driver) do not produce any sound. I knew they couldn't all went bad together at the same time, so I removed the door panel and noticed that the capacitor (axial 3.3 micro farad 100V capacitor) was loose from the wire. I played with it a little and the speakers on the passenger door would work, but then it came completely loose, as one of the leads snipped off. Hope this helps out.
