Itīs approx 30 mm front/rear. I do not have the exact cost as it was like this when i bought it. I suppose 1000-1500 Euro. And yes a workshop has to install this as you have to align your suspension.
The ride is like original i will say. Normally i use the "normal" mode as i have the adaptive drive option.
