Was a little pain in the ass until we got a system down. Used a chisel heated with a torch to get the rubber center out of the bushing to give room to cut up the sleeve with a cutting bit to fold in to remove. First one took like 2 hours until we figured the quickest way. The others took 10 mins each after that.
