As I posted
in another thread I bought a new OBD II code scanner to capture the code(s) prior to taking our X5 35d into the dealer. The only code found was P007B which roughly sounds like a faulty Air Temp Sensor. I'm guessing this is the same one that failed on your 35d.

Could you confirm whether this is the part number of the Air Temp Sensor you had to wait so long for? I'd really appreciate it. And I'm pretty sure others would too
