Hi Thanks for replies I would be willing to travel to get this problem resolved, I am living just outside Maidenhead, Berkshire so if anyone is in a reasonable distance that would be fantastic. I would be happy to pay a fee or a christmas drink (some nice bottles or wine) or you can supply a preference if stated for the person willing to help.
