Sorry, X5-E53 3.0d Exhaust system is completely different from 5,7 series.
X5 has after the turbo,kat and then only dual pipes going to the rear mufflers with the exit pipes coming from the back of the mufflers,turning outwards and with tips pointing down.
On the E39 5 series for example,this has after after the turbo,2x kats,going to 2 middle silencers and then one single pipe to only one straight through design rear muffler with a tip pointing out.
