Sorry, but the bus left me and so I must walking...
Itīs not horrible to change the laserunit. Indeed itīs easier to change the mechanic-unit complete. Not really cheap, but so easy - only 4 screws...
The lens will calibrate themselve and the lense-sledge do it themself, too.
Iīve only a manual in german, but if youīre hobbyist, then could this bee enough...
