Doesn't she deserve a little privacy, though? Yes, she's famous, and topless... but she's topless IN HER HOUSE! Even if it is her backyard, it's still her house -- which, surely has walls, trees, security systems and the whole nine yards. All of this so that can have some privacy.
If she were out on the beach topless, and is photographed, she has not right to complain. But, in her own house? C'mon... a little ridiculous.
As much as I enjoy seeing her tatas, she has every right to sue, and I hope she wins.
