They are concentrating on a unit in the back re: liftgate issue. Probably have to wait another week for BMW to get off their _ _ _ to authorize.

How do you KNOW it is BMW taking the time to authorize????
Dealer is telling you this... and it might be true or they may have other jobs they need to get out and figure they can stall you with a "BMW hasn't authorized it" story.
Do they even have the DVD in stock??? Likely no...
