They'll be bright.
For me, I like the GP Thunders when I use them strictly as my DRL's. Keep in mind that when you turn the headlights on, on the car, the Angel Eyes actually reduce power and are not as bright, as when they are on alone, just as DRL's. Just a heads up. This of course, is only the LCI's (E70). Since I upgraded my xenons to 6000K and am running 6000K HID Fogs, I didn't seen any reason to do the LED's or HID's for Angel Eyes.
