They sent my X5 to the top of the service list because it was out of state. They resolved all issues and then delivered the car to me in MD and took their loaner back so I didn't have to make a trip to the dealer. And when I got the car back, they had detailed the exterior and the interior of the car.
Keep in mind, this is the first time I met this dealer...I did not buy my X there...however, I will be buying any other BMW there from now on!

Holy cow. I love hearing "these" kind of stories, especially after this...

Obviously they were very good customer service wise, but Im curious. Was it a larger stlrship, medium sized? Im trying to understand what makes some differ so much from others in terms of customer service. Now a story like yours, I wouldnt EXPECT, but I do think if you spend the kind of loot we all have, a bit of respect and common courtesy aint that difficult... I will try to get my next Bimmer there of course....
