^ I brought it back to Hassel again this morning actually... they are the only ones who would give me a loaner (since I bought it from them) because it'll be there for more than 1 day. They are rated one of the highest in the state (the only one in our area on the list), but I have had an experience with them where they scratched my car badly (could've been a valet)... at least they fixed it. I followed CMYX6GO's advice and bought my new service advisor some munchkins to sweeten him up... funny thing is he told me he LOVES munchkins as I handed it to him so... his name is Peter (you can find him if you schedule service online:
