Angelych already replied, BTW I find this procedure very complicated and it does not actually allow to have your own POIs. I mean you have to take the full package. You like it or not.
I use to edit the file one by one; it is actually time consuming but the result is exactl what you want/need.
It is a kind of not really easy procedure but basicly you need these steps:
- make your own POI DB converting POIs from .ASC to MKIV language (very easy);
- update references in all files in DVD (medium difficult and time consuming);
- edit and update .LSC file (medium);
