WOW....I own a company that sells large yachts and am shopped every day and fight for every sale, sometimes spending thousands of dollars and then loosing the deal to someone else. If one of my people wrote that, they'd be gone. It is the cost of doing business in today's marketplace, risk and reward.
As an employer I'd ask this guy what has he done (other than spend a few hours with you) to earn the sale...he does not own you as a customer, and I would NEVER go back..
While not an alarmist, this last response would have me speaking with the prinicpal in the dealership (or GM since it's Auto Nation) for your sake and his...plus that response is just outright BULLSH!!!!T. If you can afford a $65k car you do not need an economics lesson from the guy trying to sell them. Clearly he has taken this too far, fine to have a midnight breakdown due to lack of sleep etc, but this....WOW
