God forbid you actually turned the cruise on, without being aware of it, which is incredibly easy to do on the X5 due the cruise control's proximity to the turn signal stalk.

no offense taken... i did read the manual, but havent memorized it. I know how to work the cruise control, but the extra credit stuff comes in time. Thanks for the hint on reading the manual...
