For all of you who think the 20" wheels are useless in the snow

This was from last December 25th. Dumped about 24" in 3 hours, then another 12-18" through the day. The X5 had no trouble plowing through the snow, I didn't get stuck once. I had Toyo Proxes M&S, they had about a year of wear on them.

I still want to get some 19" wheels with Bridgestone Blizzak's for my new X5 for the Winter time. I saw a 4.8 with 21" wheels around town, it looked even beefier than mine with 20"s. So, I turn in my 4.8 at the end of lease next month :-(.

But, off to Europe for April, to pick up a 335 M Sport Package (which will eventually replace my M5 - the gas is just too expensive - $400-500/month), and then hopefully when we return, I'll be trading the M5 in on a new Xdrive5.0i, if they are out in May. I'll probably wait till the lease rates melow out.

To sum it all up, out of my 330i, M3, 1st 335i, M5, the X5 has been my favorite. Most versatille, plenty of go power (another 50 will be awesome), incredible handling. I will miss my X5 over the next few months!!!
