Absolutely. GST+PST will apply. The GST will be collected at the border while the PST will be collected when the vehicle is registered by the province and plated. It may be different in provinces which combine these taxes into the HST. In this case it may be collected at the border.

Registrar of Imported Vehicles should link to duties. I'm not 100% on the duty free status as that depends not only on the place of manufacture but also whether the parts content make it a domestic vehicle under NAFTA. Again, the Registrar should have that info.

This process was correct as of a couple years ago but I understand it hasn't changed.
