And that is the bottom line. BMW and their dealers have no freakin' idea/care about how much time BMW owners waste taking their vehicles in for minor stuff like a Check Engine Light that may or may not be serious
They act like providing you with a "free" loaner and a couple of lattes makes up for all the lost time/hassle.
Maybe some of the higher end BMW owners need to send them an invoice for the billable hours they lost while taking their vehicles in for warranty items.
