Well, the dealer came through on a new seat cushion after my seat heater caught fire last week. They started to charge me the $50. deductible as per the CPO warranty but I convinced them not to. I said, "we're not talking about something just simply being broken here. We are talking about a fire hazard!" Besides, it was already in for a different repair which I did pay the deductible on.
