My school has two historically black fraternities and sororities. They make sure to say "all are welcome" to attend their events. Does anyone who isn't black attend? Not unless they're dating someone in it. Thats called CYA. Its pretty smart, but its also a load of PC police pleasing bullshit.
FYI there are black people in the vast majority of the IFC fraternities. Now thats a thinker.
