Scheduled oil change as directed by iDrive. Got the check engine light the day before the appt. They called to tell me the cause is the "fuel vapor pump sensor" near the fuel tank. They are ordering it and will replace on Fri. I have done a search and never heard of this as a cause.

Has anyone experienced this?

Also. They SA noted that my iDrive said oil service due in 700 miles, but my key said 4500 miles. I had the oil changed at the dealer at 7500 miles (and today at 13000.
