That handling characteristic (even in the rain) is not normal at all. I've never had the ass-end try to come around like that even in snow (at least not unexpectedly). Check the inside tread of those rear tires. I'd bet due to the negative camber setup, the tires are shot and this will keep happening to you. Let us know what you find out!
