Hi all

I've been getting a fairly loud clunk when putting my x5 into gear (generally 1st gear, sometimes 2, 3rd). The clunk isn't consistent (it doesn't happen all the happen or happen under the same conditions)

It's a 2001 5speed manual with 91k miles.

Any ideas as to what it could be?
