Those are lean codes, I'd see if you can get your hands on a smoke tester and check for air leaks in the intake and vacuum lines. You'd be surprised what the naked eye can miss, and since I have the machine and did it before on cars belonging to myself and customers, it'd probably only cost you .5 labor at some shop that has the machine.
