Picked up a discounted 2009 model Cervelo R3 for my wife last weekend. Dura Ace 7900, white, otherwise likely similar to your 2008 model (if I remember the details correctly). She went through a 3 hour bike fit, which was well worth doing. I am thinking of a new Cervelo myself, but will wait until the weather is better. The 2009 models are gone in my size, so it will be the new 2010 colours.
