Jolt is probably a better way to describe it Was lost for words at the time.

I am very lucky and have a great guy/dealer looking out for me. He tells me that BMW Australia will often fix things even after the warranty period is over if they know its a known issue. Anyway apart from that the car has been great apart from little silly things.
