Just go to Harbor Freight and pick up this tool: - Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices

I have used this to replace the RTAB's on my E46 and it worked like a charm. Just use the cups on one side and press the ball joint into the receiver cups with the giant C-clamp. Great tool for $40.
