I think your refering to the lead thats used to add a dvd player to a standard system.
I think this guy is looking for a way to retrofit a tv tuner.
The lead you suggest would let him add an aftermarket tv tuner, but then you wouldn't be able to use the buttons on the HU to control it (would be a remote and remote eye setup)
