Modder - "tasteful" non-performance oriented mods. Body kits, ride height, audio, etc.

Ricer - tasteless non-performance mods. Fart cans, Home Depot lip kits, crappy body kits, stick-on air scoops, massive wings on FWD cars.

Oh, and the 22" and larger wheels - that's the "donk" crowd.
