The post above sums it up perfectly. This is a rather obvious feature, and a silly complaint.
It's not as if you're driving a Kia. You're driving a high profile BMW SAV, which attracts certain elements.
I wouldn't leave my wife alone in a car with the doors unlocked at a bank, let a lone a dry cleaners.
It's not the 1950s. We're in an era of car jackings and far worse. Keep your doors locked man.
If this is an annoyance to the point that you have to post it here, might I recommend Yoga or spending some time reading Chicken Soup for the Soul.
Heal brother, heal, be one with your inner self. Enjoy the birds, the trees. Go out for ice cream, take your wife on a cruise. Go back to Greece, where you two lovebirds first met.
Reignite that passion, surprise her with a brand new Z4 in white, give 10% of your income to a needy family member each and every year, and by all means, maybe then you'll find it within yourself to push the key fob "twice."
It's all about sweet love man, burn your credit cards, give away your cash, and hug a tree. Be one with your BMW and it will be one with you.
We all love you and we're here for you. Together we'll get through this travesty, one step, one minute, one sweet breath, at a time.
Namaste, Love, Peace.
