If you can get the door wedged enough to hit the door handle twice (or unlock button then door handle if you have factory alarm) that would be great, otherwise I'd go with the right rear door window. The rear door glass will be the cheaper to replace and you may be able to go through your insurance if you have a good policy with a low deductible.
My goal would still be to go the door wedge way. You don't have a second vehicle she could use while you get this one open?
