With a 2003 you have a pretty straightforward install. See
http://www.xoutpost.com/showarticle-190.html for an idea of what's involved. You will need to install a Visteon BT module, which has the voice recognition functions built in. The blue connector will not be used, and you will need to keep the terminating plug installed on it (called the SES plug).
