I have a 2008 3.0si with nav. We go to New Hamphsire on weekends. The nav unit does not know about the North South Road in North Conway which is quicker than going up Rt 16 through all of the red lights. I look at the ETA just before we go on the faster route. It is always 15 mins FASTER than we ever do even though we are only going 5 miles past North Conway. Go figure! My nav cd says 2007, so it could lack a few new roads. I have thought about coughing up the $200 to upgrade to a more recent version but I am not sure it would accomplish much. (Does anyone knoww if North South Road is on the newer cds?) I think my map is a Navteq map, so the TeleAtlas suggestion doesn't explain it. Still, the X5 is the best road car we have ever had. We travel 3+hours to get to our place in NH and the X5 is very comfortable in any kind of weather.
