That would mean admitting they were wrong, then everyone would jump on the bandwagon. Its like the burnt pixel "goodwill" replacement program...not advertised or guaranteed, making it easier to say yes or no on a case-by-case basis. It seems that if you have regularly serviced your vehicle at the dealership, they've essentially made plenty of money off you, so they'll go ahead with most replacements. if you take your vehicle to an indy or do it yourself, guess what they're answer will most likely be.
