Sounds to me like you should seriously consider
setting up a web site devoted to the issues you
have discussed in this and other threads.

Not that you comments are not welcomed but
perhaps the site would garner the comments
and accurate information you require going
forward and would not be subject to the debate
you encounter hereabouts.

That information can then be delivered to the
interested authorities who can resolve the issues
you claim so many people have.

When your site is set up please
Point us to the link then all
of us can look at the accumulated accurate
complaints and join in where needed.
