Been there done that. When it gets warmer it works. Some place on these forums people have suggested to spray antifreeze/coolant on the locks moving mechanism and behind the plastic tab above the door latch. Do a search on it.

Just know that the cause of the jams is when you got rain, snow or ice on your window and it melts and goes down the window then refreezes.

I got it couple times this past winter, thanks for the refresher.
