If I understand what you are asking, they both go under the hood/bonnet. One filters the air for the engine and the micro-filter cleans the air for the cabin.

The micro-filter is located up near the windshield wipers. It is rectangular shaped and come out with the twist of a few brackets. It is located at #4 in the following diagram.
