Did you have the disks machined?

If you did not, it is very likely that the previous pads formed some slight wear patterns and grooves. This stops the new pads from bearing across the whole face of the pad area and sets up a vibration where they do not touch (squeal)

Get the discs skimmed as I did and it should go away.
